Frequently asked questions
Does it really work without a connection?
Yes. Open your project and make the data available before heading to set. Work offline, then let the app sync when the connection returns.
Do I need to install anything?
It runs in your browser. On iPhone, iPad and Android, add it to your Home Screen for app-like access.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Your trial lasts 14 days with no credit card required. Activate and manage your plan in the app.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Full export is always available. After your plan expires, your data stays read-only for 60 days.
How do I pay?
Card payments take place in the app through Stripe. This website does not collect payment details. Final prices and conditions will be confirmed in the app.
Do you issue Italian electronic invoices?
Electronic invoicing is planned for Italian businesses. Enter billing details in the app, where the tax arrangements will also be confirmed.
How does annual billing work?
The annual base price equals 10 monthly payments: €50 for Personal and €140 for Team, excluding VAT. The total is charged annually.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel anytime in the app. Renewal, cancellation timing and refund details are under legal review.
