A few steps to prepare your project and arrive on set with the essentials in reach.
Getting-started guide: check command names against the current app version.
On iPhone or iPad, open the app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen and confirm. On Android, open the app in Chrome, open the menu and choose Install and create shortcut, then Install. Labels may vary by browser version.
Log inOpen the app and your project, choose script import and select your Final Draft (.fdx) file. Check scenes and characters before moving on to breakdown and decoupage. Final interface labels may vary.
In the project team area, choose a role and share an invitation through QR, WhatsApp or email. Review viewing, editing and deletion permissions separately. Team features require the relevant plan.
Before leaving, open the project with an active connection and make sure the data and photos you need are available on the device. Check sync status before going offline.
Log slates, takes and notes without a signal. When the connection returns, open the app and check that syncing has finished before switching devices.
